bets 2 lead

I think my leaving-on-a-jet-plane intuition seemed too early to talk about these days. Yes, it’s not going to be forever that we might be here for each other. Sooner or later, whether we like it or not, people have to find their own path in life. Life is a gamble and sometimes we have to be ready for the constant change.
Kuris is a team of young breed of Ilonggo artists who ventured to follow their passion in animation and have done great things for the local arts community in just a short time. Starting from scratch and believing to each other’s gifts gave us the chance to express ourselves. There are so many positive-minded people who understood, recognized and were inspired by the good things we did. Every little project and feat we pursue created ripples of positivity and optimism to every young Ilonggo artists.
With these thoughts, we somehow understood that leading the way for dreamers to dream for more is a testimony that good things you sow would make you reap success. We pursued and lead the way for Ilonggo artists to appreciate deeper of their own cultural heritage through The BEQUEST. I know that fate have been kind for us and would gave us the chance to fulfill our other aspirations as a group of artists. Surviving the odds and making our dreams come true requires lots of risk, bravery, unity and perseverance for our part.
Now, let’s talk about leadership in Kuris. Yes, it’s true that all of us are leaders in the group and we have our own specialty of work when we function as a team. But aside from me as their concept director and marketing specialist, there are also other potential leaders in Kuris who proved their good vision and strong conviction to lead the team. So if things turned out rough and difficult, I know that their potential as team leaders would keep the group intact and strong. Aside from their leadership skills, they also posses unique talents and warm-hearted attitudes to motivate their groupmates.
Amado Caporal is one of the most talented Kuris animators and have the widest perspective in life, it makes him a formidable leader. A BSEd degree holder, a versatile graphic artists, painter, interior decorator and a good friend of everybody, he loves to share his spare time to keep the group projects successful. Not only in terms of great ideas and sometimes financial assistance to group, his loyalty to the Kuris dream is truly inspiring. Most of the time, he always showed his selfless and sincere attitude whenever the group needs his help. Truth is, he’s just a text away whenever we need something from him and he delivers his output impressively. On the personal side, he’s one of the closest person who believe in me and would always will.
Marx Silva is one dark-misunderstood guy but he has the heart for his teammates. From day one, he has been there for us though he belong to a different group during that time. I think the best quality he has is his faith to other people and his trusting nature. I mean, you can’t convince people to believe in you when you don’t have a trusting heart for everyone. Somehow his attitude to trust and enjoy people’s company makes him more versatile and flexible. Aside from his open-hearted character, this guy is far more talented when it comes to his artistic strokes. But sometimes, I wish he was could be less judgmental and try to see the other side of the coin.
Dado Aguilar, aside from his artistic pursuits and confidence, he has the inclination to lead people and ultimately motivate them. His optimistic thoughts make him easier to be heard and understood most of the time. He knows how to share the things he believe in and those that makes him more human. I know, he may be naughty sometimes and tries to joke so hard with life but these characteristics would make him obviously a good leader. And if he could only lessen his hilarious side, then he might be the best leader for the group. Trust is, I really do appreciate the risk and sacrifice he did for the group when we were just starting up from scratch. I hope he’d show up any time soon, hehe.
Lyndon seemed to be another misunderstood guy. But yes, he has a potential to lead the group through his sincere and straightforward thoughts. He can be naughty, a big time joker and sometimes good motivator to his group mates. The only thing I wish he would learn to embrace is his softer side and take things easier a while.

P.S.—we missed much of IT Week events at Gaisano City these past days. But we might catch up and talk about it next time.
