The Courier spotlight on Kuris Animators

Kuris Animators' optimistic scribbling to find their dreams
Kuris Animators, the second batch Ilonggo 2D animators trained by Western Visayas College of Science and Technology and sponsored by PGMA-TWSP-TESDA through a scholarship on Professional Assistant 2D Animators Training Program was recently featured in a whole-page story of the February-March 2008 issue of The Courier, the official student publication of the College of Arts and Sciences, West Visayas State University.
The school paper's Chief Editor, Samlaine May Alonsagay wrote the article which highlights the dreams and aspirations of the amatuer animators to promote the rich cultural heritage of the Iloilo reflected in their animated works. Likewise, she also gave credits to the persevrance and courage of the animators to make a breakthrough project that every Ilonggo can be proud of like The BEQUEST, Adventures of TASI and the upcoming animated trailer Lapis: Epic of the Lost Key.
Kuris Animation Unlimited is an uprising Ilonggo talents that promises hope and optimism in their chosen field that they call passion, a passion that keeps them dreaming for more!
